This I believe Essay
Introduction: This is an English Project done on the day 24th May, but however the first draft was done a month before. The assignment was to write about my belief and how it impact my life and the stories that support my belief and made me form that belief
Reflection: The hardest part was to writing the story without mistakes, because I thought I did a good job but yet still made a lot of grammar errors. What I did well is writing an solid ending and showing my belief in a different way.
If I had to write this assignment again, I won't make as many mistakes and would finish the story faster with less grammar errors. I learned that a person's belief can have impact on that person greater than they think. A belief can also be inspiring and can make a person more stronger and optimistic.

Every Problem has a solution
Back in 6th grade, I wondered how my classmates were able to solve a rubik’s cube, how they were able to magically get all the colors of the six sides to the right place. One afternoon I was playing the rubik’s cube on our online teaching class, and because the page was loading, so I got bored and start messing around with my cube. That was when I accidentally solved the cube. I remembered the moment when I made the last turn and finally solved it completely for once, without bringing it apart and putting back together. I felt a sense of achievement and accomplishment.
My dad said: “problem won’t be hard when you work hard.” Now I can solve the cube in less than 2 minutes. Solving this cube lead me to believe that for every problem there is always a solution. Solving problem is like putting little pieces of jigsaw puzzle together. Every piece have it’s place, and if there is one piece missing, the problem can’t be solved.
But, however, there are things that happened that’s against my belief, like the jack the ripper case, the John F Kennedy murder. There are some cases that were never solved in the past years.
But there are also things that happened that supports my belief, like the discovery of Gravity, the invention of Airplane, and the creation of so many wonderful things that made the humans’ lives better. The Jack the Ripper and Kennedy murder are some great mysteries, but I believe, if the technology was advance enough during that time, when the skill of identifying finger prints and DNA was present, those cases won’t be mysteries.
Edward de Bono, a physician, author, and inventor, said “Sometimes the situation is only a problem because it is looked at in a certain way. Looked at in another way, the right course of action may be so obvious that the problem no longer exists.” I remembered the frustration I had when I couldn’t solve the rubik’s cube, it was so difficult. But now, it is so easy for me to solve one. I realized that it wasn’t that difficult actually. I just need to be optimistic and don't give up easily.
I believe that for every problem there will always be a solution. I am now stronger and more optimistic because I realized that giving up is never a way to solve a problem. So no matter how bad I fall, no matter how big the problem, no matter how difficult it is, I will not be afraid. Because I know there will always be a solution and all I have to do is find it. This, I believe.
